Detained former National Security Adviser, NSA, Col. Sambo Dasuki, retd, has regained his freedom after his over four years detention in custody of the Department of State Services, DSS.
The DSS has also released the convener of # RevolutionNow protest, Omoyele Sowore, from custody.
Dasuki’s lawyer, Mr Ahmed Raji, (SAN) confirmed the development to journalists on Tuesday night.
Raji said: “Yes he has been released and he is about to leave the place.”
Journalists from various media houses saw Sowore after he was released from the custody of the DSS at the agency ’ s headquarters in Abuja at about 6 .20 pm on Tuesday .
