Oyebanji Describes Second-Term Victory as Renewed Call to Serve Ekiti People

Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has described his re-election for a second term as a renewed responsibility to serve the people, promising to lead with humility, compassion and the fear of God.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate thanked Ekiti residents for their support, saying the victory had placed a greater duty on his administration to deliver effective governance.

Oyebanji said the renewed mandate was a reminder of the expectations of the people and a commitment to work harder towards improving their lives.

“I have a proper understanding of the responsibility that this victory has placed on my shoulders. It is a responsibility of service to the people of Ekiti State,” he said.

The governor assured residents that his administration would continue to prioritise development, welfare and quality governance while remaining open to new ideas and changing needs.

He added that the state’s development agenda would remain the foundation of his second term, with a focus on fully implementing programmes that benefit all Ekiti people.
