Jarvis Threatens Legal Action Against Carter Efe Over Alleged Cyberbullying

TikTok creator Elizabeth Aminata Amadou, popularly known as Jarvis, has issued a legal notice to digital skitmaker and streamer Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, popularly known as Carter Efe, demanding the immediate withdrawal of what she described as defamatory statements made against her.

In a pre-litigation letter dated 14 May 2026, and made public on Saturday, Jarvis, through her lawyers, Omo-Richard Attorneys, accused Carter Efe of engaging in sustained cyber harassment, bullying, and cyberstalking across social media platforms, including TikTok and Twitch.

According to the legal team, Carter Efe made defamatory remarks during a recent livestream, allegedly attacking Jarvis’s character and portraying her as promiscuous. They claimed these remarks have severely damaged her reputation and professional image.

The letter also referenced comments allegedly made during the recent visit of American content creator IShowSpeed to Nigeria, where Carter Efe was accused of suggesting that Jarvis exchanged personal favours for professional opportunities.

Her lawyers described the statements as false, malicious, and deliberately aimed at ridiculing their client, causing emotional distress and harming her brand partnerships.

As part of the demands, Carter Efe has been given 14 days to issue a full public retraction and offer an unreserved apology across all his social media platforms as well as in national newspapers.

Failure to comply could result in legal action.
